- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the chipotle sauce, olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the chipotle mixture.
- Grill the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- While the salmon is resting, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the salmon, shredded cabbage, and avocado on each tortilla.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more chipotle sauce.
- These tacos can be served with a side of black beans or rice.
