Description

A delicious fusion of savory salmon and smoky chipotle sauce topped with a refreshing cilantro lime slaw.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, chipotle sauce, Dijon mustard, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. In another bowl, mix the cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the salmon patties on the buns and topping with the cilantro lime slaw.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
