Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, chipotle sauce, Dijon mustard, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- In another bowl, mix the cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the salmon patties on the buns and topping with the cilantro lime slaw.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
