Description

A delicious burrito filled with grilled chicken, chipotle seasoning, and ranch dressing, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with chipotle seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  5. To assemble, place a tortilla on a flat surface.
  6. Layer with rice, black beans, grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, lettuce, corn, and drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing.
  7. Roll up the burrito, tucking in the ends, and enjoy!
