Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups yakisoba noodles
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken with soy sauce and oyster sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Add the cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the yakisoba noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or broccoli.
  • For a spicier version, add some chili sauce or flakes.
