- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups yakisoba noodles
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken with soy sauce and oyster sauce for 15 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Add the cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the yakisoba noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with green onions before serving.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or broccoli.
