Description

A quick and healthy one-pan meal featuring chicken and a variety of vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. If desired, add soy sauce and stir to combine.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
