Ingredients

- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved

- 4 slices of bread

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, walnuts, and Dijon mustard.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the bread slices if desired.
- Spread the chicken salad mixture onto two slices of bread.
