Ingredients
Scale
- 2 thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Add the white wine, lemon juice, and capers to the same skillet; simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the remaining butter until melted.
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- Add the gnocchi to the sauce and toss to combine.
- Serve the chicken topped with the sauce and gnocchi, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a lighter option, consider using chicken thighs for more flavor.
