Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Parmesan Cups that are perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press the mixture into a muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce into each cup.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
