- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Press the mixture into a muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce into each cup.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
