  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, for dipping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
