Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
