Description

A delightful casserole combining crescent rolls with a rich, creamy chicken filling—perfect for family gatherings and weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cooked chicken, chopped onion, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each triangle. Roll them up and place in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
