Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grated carrots, chopped celery, and raisins.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
