- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the chopped romaine lettuce on one slice of toasted bread.
- Add the chicken mixture on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Top with the second slice of bread and cut in half to serve.
