- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen, lightly steamed)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional topping: 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Optional topping: 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, broccoli, condensed soup, milk, 1 cup of cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. If using, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. For freezing, wrap tightly to maintain quality; it can last up to 2 months.
