Description

Delicious and spicy Chicken Bang Bang Sliders perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for topping


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a chicken patty on each slider bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and a drizzle of the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
