Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a chicken patty on each slider bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and a drizzle of the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
