Description

A creamy and flavorful pasta dish combining chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
