- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
- Add the broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a thicker soup, blend a portion of it and mix it back in. Fresh broccoli is recommended for best flavor and texture.
