Description

A creamy mix of cooked chicken, pasta, and Alfredo sauce, baked to perfection topped with gooey cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 12 oz cooked pasta (like penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cooked chicken, cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and broccoli (if using) in a large baking dish. Stir until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

You can prepare the casserole a day ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
