Description

A refreshing beverage combining black tea and cherry juice that evokes the essence of summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup cherry juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
  • 12 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice, for serving
  • Fresh mint and lemon slices, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and steep black tea bags for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in cherry juice, cherries, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract.
  4. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint and lemon slices if desired.

Notes

For sugar-free alternatives, consider using stevia, monk fruit, or allulose. Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor.
