Description

Delicious chocolate truffles filled with cherry and peanut butter flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cherry preserves
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry preserves and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and crushed graham crackers, mixing until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Return the chocolate-covered truffles to the baking sheet and let them set at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • These truffles can be rolled in crushed nuts or sprinkles for added texture.
