Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper jelly


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Using your thumb, make an indentation in the center of each ball.
  6. Fill each indentation with a small amount of hot pepper jelly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
