- Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add the canned beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the skillet, mixing well.
- Stir in the ready rice and cook until heated through.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and cover until melted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired, and serve hot.
