Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the skillet; stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, and sour cream until well combined and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
