- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and grated
- 1 cup cooked ground turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the grated sweet potato, cooked ground turkey, and shredded cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sweet potato mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
