Description

Delicious tortilla bombs filled with shrimp, crab meat, and a blend of cheeses, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 soft tortillas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in shrimp and crab meat; cook until shrimp is pink.
  4. Mix together the cooked seafood with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese in a bowl.
  5. Spoon the seafood mixture onto each tortilla, fold, and place in a baking dish.
  6. Mix heavy cream with salt and pepper in a separate bowl, then drizzle over the tortillas.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
