Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes and sliced smoked sausage.
  3. Add the ranch seasoning mix, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Drizzle with sour cream before serving.
