Description

Cheesy Garlic Butter Bombs are fluffy biscuit bites stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese and brushed with garlic butter. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or party favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 4 tbsp melted butter (1/2 stick)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit with your palm.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap dough around it, pinching tightly to seal.
  4. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Stir melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  6. Brush garlic butter over hot biscuits and serve immediately with marinara sauce, if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2 days. Reheat in oven at 325°F for 5–7 minutes. Freeze unbaked bombs and bake from frozen when needed.
