Description
Cheesy Garlic Butter Bombs are fluffy biscuit bites stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese and brushed with garlic butter. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or party favorite.

- 1 (16oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
- 4 tbsp melted butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit with your palm.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap dough around it, pinching tightly to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Brush garlic butter over hot biscuits and serve immediately with marinara sauce, if desired.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2 days. Reheat in oven at 325°F for 5–7 minutes. Freeze unbaked bombs and bake from frozen when needed.
