Description

Cheesy Garlic Bread is a delicious and comforting dish that combines the rich flavors of garlic and cheese on a crispy bread base.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the buttered bread.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
