Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
