Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the diced onions and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on the slider buns.
  7. Fill each bun with the meat and cheese mixture.
  8. Place the sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the buns are golden.
