Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, beef mixture, tomato sauce, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
