Description
Deliciously crispy and cheesy macaroni and cheese balls made in the air fryer, inspired by the Cheesecake Factory.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Dip each ball into the egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the macaroni and cheese balls in the basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add spices like garlic powder or paprika to the cheese mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before air frying.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
