- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Melt the butter in a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan over medium heat.
- Pour the batter into the skillet once the butter is melted and bubbly.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the Dutch baby is puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chives.
