Description

A refreshing and crunchy celery salad that is perfect as a side dish or a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups of chopped celery
  • 1 cup of diced apples
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped celery, diced apples, walnuts, and raisins.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the celery mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
