Description

Ingredients

- 4 cups of chopped celery
- 1 cup of diced apples
- 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped celery, diced apples, walnuts, and raisins.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the celery mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
