Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the pan.
- Cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and allow it to simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and caramelizes.
- Serve the chicken over a bed of warm rice.
