Description
A delicious twist on traditional boiled eggs, infused with Cajun spices and served with a spicy garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, cover the pot and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and salt, mixing well.
- After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
- Drizzle the spicy garlic butter sauce over the eggs and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to taste.
- For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes.
