Description

Delightful cookies combining creamy chocolate with crunchy Cadbury mini eggs, perfect for celebrations and everyday treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs, crushed


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed Cadbury mini eggs.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

For thicker cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Use quality chocolate for richer flavor.
