Description

Delicious croissants filled with buttery shrimp, perfect for a savory snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of croissants
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Unroll the croissants and place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture on the wide end of each croissant.
  6. Roll the croissants up and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice to the shrimp mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
