Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, add the roasted butternut squash and sage, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine.
