Description

Delicious and magical Butterbeer Cheesecake Jars inspired by the Harry Potter universe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Extra butterscotch sauce for drizzling


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, butterscotch sauce, and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in whipped cream gently until well combined.
  4. Layer the graham cracker mixture and cheesecake filling in jars.
  5. Drizzle extra butterscotch sauce on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
