Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, diced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer half of the tortilla chips in the bottom of a Bundt pan.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chips.
  4. Add a layer of black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, cheese, beans, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Carefully invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter to release the nachos.
  9. Top with sour cream, cilantro, and diced avocado before serving.
