Description

Delicious and spicy buffalo chicken sliders perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  6. Cover with the top halves of the slider buns.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the chicken mixture.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
