- 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cheese until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides.
- Place the rolled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing and garnish with green onions if desired.
