Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma.
- Add the mini marshmallows and salt to the browned butter, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan, using a spatula or your hands.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a splash of vanilla extract.
