Ingredients

- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- Lemon zest
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Puree half the blueberries
- Mix dry ingredients
- Cream butter, oil, and sugar
- Add eggs, blueberry puree, and buttermilk
- Fold in remaining blueberries
- Bake in three 8-inch pans at 350°F
- Frost with cream cheese frosting
Notes
Toss whole blueberries in flour before adding to batter. Chill layers before frosting for a cleaner finish.
