Description

A delightful and healthy snack made with yogurt and blueberries, perfect for any time of the day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  4. Use a toothpick to swirl the blueberries into the yogurt mixture for a marbled effect.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and enjoy!
