- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix milk and eggs until smooth in another bowl; add to dry ingredients and combine until just blended.
- Gently fold in blueberries without overmixing.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Store leftover muffins in an airtight container for 3-4 days; they can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
