Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Beat together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
