- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the fresh blueberries over the cream cheese on one tortilla.
- Top with the other tortilla, cream cheese side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Cook the quesadilla for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add other fruits like strawberries or bananas for variety.
- For a vegan option, use dairy-free cream cheese and tortillas.
