Description

A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast quesadilla filled with fresh blueberries and creamy cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the fresh blueberries over the cream cheese on one tortilla.
  4. Top with the other tortilla, cream cheese side down.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  6. Cook the quesadilla for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
