- 8 ounces of rotini pasta
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
